An SUV and a biker collided on Monday night in the northwest valley, resulting in the death of the motorcyclist. The Las Vegas Metro Police Department reports that the collision took place at approximately 7:02 p.m. on North Rancho Drive, which is located to the north of North Torrey Pines Drive. An initial inquiry found that a motorcycle with a KTM 1190 RC8 model year 2013 was travelling at a fast speed north on Rancho, while a Lincoln Corsair model year 2020 was travelling in the opposite direction travelling south.
An accident occurred when the motorbike collided with the rear-right side of the Lincoln, which had just turned left to enter a private drive shortly before the intersection. After being ejected from the vehicle, the rider would subsequently be taken to UMC Trauma with injuries that were considered to be life-threatening. On the other hand, the rider, who was identified as a guy aged 32, succumbed to his injuries and passed away. Loved ones has identified the victim as Felix Estevez of Las Vegas, Nevada.
Additional injuries were reported by the driver and passenger of the Lincoln, who were both evacuated to the University Medical Centre. In addition, the police have stated that there is no suspicion that the motorist is impaired.
