On behalf of everyone at the Bannow Ballymitty GAA Club, we would like to express our profound sorrow at the news of the passing of Peter Grace, who was born and raised in Ruislip, London.
He, along with his brother Kevin and sister Megan, spent their childhood summers playing on the grass in Grantstown, generating cherished memories that have stayed with so many of us over the years. Peter’s relationship to our community was a particular one because of this shared experience.
All of those who knew Peter were filled with happiness when he was there during those summer days. The enthusiasm and vitality that he exuded left an indelible mark on everyone who was a part of those carefree times.
He was an integral member of our community. The Grace family has always had a close connection to Bannow Ballymitty, and during this extremely trying time, we want his parents, Tony and Marie, to know that our thoughts and prayers are with them.
We would like to express our deepest condolences to Peter’s brother Kevin, his sister Megan, and the rest of the Grace family as we reflect on Peter and the wonderful memories he left behind us during his time here.
Our community mourns alongside the Grace family as they find their way through this difficult time. Losing someone who was so wonderful is never an easy thing to do. We are going to miss you very much, Peter, but the memories of your laughter and the happiness that you brought to our summers will live on in our hearts forever. May you finally find rest, Peter Grace.
