We regret to inform you of the passing of Tamara Martin, an extraordinary animal rights activist whose commitment to rescuing lives will be sorely missed. In her ten years of dedicated service to Equine WellBeing Rescue, Tamara touched the lives of many animals and left an unforgettable impression on many others.
Good Dog Rez Q was an organization that meant a lot to Tamara, and she poured her everything into it. By staying dedicated, she helped countless people who were in desperate need of hope and medical attention, ultimately saving their lives. Everyone she met was moved to action by her unwavering commitment to animal care, which shone through in all that she did.
In her role as creator of Blackhat, Tamara devoted her life to protecting animals and finding homes for them. Those who were lucky enough to meet her will carry her memory with them always, and animal rights activists will never be the same.
At Mount Moriah Funeral Home in Kansas City, Missouri, there will be a Rosary Visitation on Monday at 5:30 PM, followed by visitation from 6 PM to 8 PM, in honour of Tamara’s life and contributions. On Tuesday at noon, a funeral liturgy will be celebrated at Our Lady of Sorrows. At Mount Moriah, the funeral will take place.
Following the funeral, we will assemble at my brother’s house in Kansas City for supper to honour Tamara’s life and the profound difference she made in our world.Let us remember this remarkable woman’s kindness, selflessness, and the innumerable lives she spared as we grieve her passing. We will carry on Tamara Martin’s vital work in animal advocacy because of her legacy, which will be with us always.
