The death of Chadrick Danyell Kilpatrick, a 51-year-old Arley resident, has been confirmed by Jeremy Kilpatrick, the Cullman County coroner. This is a tragic turn of circumstances. His injuries sustained in an early morning vehicle accident ultimately proved fatal.
On Alabama Highway 91, just to the north of Walter, the collision took place near the intersection of County Road 783. In response to the event, the authorities have announced that the highway will be blocked to traffic for a prolonged length of time while investigations are carried out and the scene is cleaned up.
It is strongly recommended that motorists look for other routes and drive with extreme caution in the region.
