It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Steve Blewett, affectionately known as “Blewy,” Passed away on October 7, 2024, at the age of 63. Steve, a beloved figure in the Taunton community and formerly of Bridgwater, will be remembered for his warmth and kindness.
Steve was a devoted husband to Jan, a loving dad to Lee, and a cherished stepdad to Laura, Suzy, and Leanne. His role as a grandad and great grandad brought him immense joy, and he held a special place in the hearts of all his family members.
Those who were fortunate enough to have known Steve will remember him for his contagious infectious laughter, unflinching support, and genuine attitude. He had a unique ability to bring people together, and his family and friends will miss him very much. He will be deeply missed.
There will be a memorial service held at Sedgemoor Crematorium on Tuesday, November 5, 2024 at three o’clock in the afternoon to celebrate the life of Steve. In accordance with his wishes, will you kindly just send flowers from the family?
As we come together to celebrate Steve’s life, we invite everyone who knew him to join us in remembering the wonderful moments shared. Steve’s legacy will live on in the hearts of those he touched, and his spirit will forever remain a guiding light for his loved ones.
