An accident occurred at approximately 12:15 p.m. when a motorbike manufactured by Honda in 2001, which was travelling in the northbound direction on Highway M, deviated off the right side of the road.

Scott, 41, living in Williamsville, was quickly evacuated by ambulance to Texas County Memorial Hospital in Houston for the purpose of receiving medical examination and treatment for his injuries.
