Kevin Ward Death; Identified is the man who was killed in a collision that occurred early on Sunday morning in Bethlehem Township. In accordance with the findings of Northampton County Coroner Zachary Lysek, Kevin L. Ward, 67, of Easton, passed away as a result of multiple blunt force injuries. According to Lysek, the method of death was determined to be an accident.
The Bethlehem Township police department reports that the collision took place at the intersection of Freemansburg Avenue and Seventh Street at approximately 2:35 in the morning. An officer discovered Ward’s body inside of a vehicle. Within the second vehicle, a man from Nazareth who was 24 years old and had sustained terrible injuries was discovered. Police reported that he was sent to a hospital.
At the time of the collision, the police stated that they arrived at the conclusion that one of the vehicles was travelling south on Seventh Street and the other was travelling westbound on Freemansburg Avenue. It has been stated by Lysek that there will be no further information given on the crash or the death of Ward at this time. In terms of the 24-year-old’s condition, there was no additional information provided.
