Amber Alert Issued For Alexander Martinez – The Long Beach Police Department (LBPD) has launched a search for 15-year-old Alexander “Alex” Martinez, who went missing from his home on Wednesday, November 20, 2024. Authorities are asking the public for assistance in locating the teenager, who was last seen at approximately 12:20 PM after taking a shower around 11:40 AM. According to the LBPD, Alex was reported missing by his family earlier that afternoon when he was discovered to be absent from their residence. Police have described the teenager as at-risk, noting that his disappearance is out of character.
“Alexander is a young man with no history of running away, and there are concerns for his safety,” said a spokesperson for the Long Beach Police Department. “We are actively working with all available resources to locate him, and we are asking anyone who may have seen him or has information about his whereabouts to come forward.” Alex is described as standing 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing approximately 140 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, blue jeans, and sneakers.
