Monroe Brown Obituary, Death; – The Franklin County Coroner’s Office has confirmed the identity of a man from Columbus who lost his life in a shooting incident that occurred last week on the Near East Side of the city.
Monroe Brown, aged 48, residing on the South Side of Columbus, was declared deceased at the location of the shooting on the morning of Friday, November 29, in the 1700 block of East Main Street, as reported by the coroner’s office.
Additionally, a second individual, whose identity has not been disclosed by the police, was taken in critical condition due to gunshot injuries to OhioHealth Grant Medical Center located in downtown Columbus. This individual has since been reported to be in stable condition, according to a dispatcher from the Columbus police.
