Rudy Arthur Herrera Obituary, Death; – The Kern County Coroner’s Office has confirmed the identity of a man who was fatally shot on Panama Street in early October. Authorities reported that Rudy Arthur Herrera, aged 36, was shot and killed in the 300 block of South Panama Street on October 4 at approximately 1 p.m.
Herrera was declared dead at the scene. The coroner’s office indicated that he was without shelter. The cause of death was identified as multiple gunshot wounds, and the manner of death was classified as homicide.
