John Kelson Jr Obituary, Death; – Richmond Police have confirmed the identity of an 18-year-old who was fatally shot earlier this week. On December 18, at approximately 11:48 p.m., law enforcement officials responded to Chippenham Hospital after an unidentified individual transported the victim there and subsequently departed.
The victim, who was later named John Kelson, Jr., succumbed to his injuries at the hospital. Investigators have established that the shooting occurred in the 3400 block of Walmsley Boulevard.
