A visitation to honor Troy will take place on Friday, June 23, 2023, from 4:00 to 6:00 PM, immediately followed by a Celebration of Life service at Steamtown Church, located at 1511 Pittston Avenue, Scranton, PA 18505. The service will be led by Brian Beverly and Andy Giessman, and those gathered will have the opportunity to celebrate Troy’s life and the profound impact he made on all who knew him.
