Elizabeth Wright Obituary, Death;-The coroner of Riverside County has confirmed the identity of the woman who lost her life after being hit by a vehicle while walking in Desert Hot Springs.
Elizabeth Wright, a 45-year-old resident of Yucca Valley, was pronounced dead at the scene following the incident that occurred around 5:10 a.m. on Monday, as stated in a press release from the sheriff’s department, which is responsible for the coroner’s office.
According to an earlier report from the Desert Hot Springs police, the accident took place on Palm Drive, south of its junction with Varner Road. Preliminary findings indicated that Wright was in the roadway at the time of the collision. However, limited information has been disclosed regarding the circumstances of the event. The driver remained at the scene, as reported by the police.
