Trent Dorais North Vancouver BC Missing: Today, we write with a heavy heart and a plea for help in locating Trent Dorais, a 33-year-old man from North Vancouver, BC, who has been missing since Thursday of last week. Trent’s family and friends are anxiously searching for him, and we need the support of the community to bring him home. Trent is a resident of Lumby, BC, where he has lived for the last five years.

He is a son, a brother, and a friend, and while he may be going through difficult times right now, he is a person who has always been full of life and love. Trent has struggled with depression for some time, and unfortunately, it appears that his mental health challenges have led him to take a desperate step. According to his father, Corey Dunn, Trent has been feeling particularly low recently, and it’s clear that this overwhelming sadness has impacted his well-being.

On the morning of Thursday, March 20, Trent left his friend’s home on Mabel Lake Road in the Sigalet area of Lumby, BC, in an abrupt manner, and since then, no one has heard from him. This has been a particularly harrowing time for his family, as they’ve been unable to contact him despite numerous efforts. His phone is dead, and authorities have been unable to track him via his phone’s location. The last known communication was a call for help to Trent’s family, and it’s now been days without any sign of him.

Trent was last seen driving his mid-2000s Ford Escape, which has rust around the fenders. The vehicle’s license plate number is PF348M. His father has shared this crucial detail with the police and the community in hopes that someone may come across Trent’s car in a remote location or in the woods, where he may have gone. It’s possible that Trent, feeling overwhelmed and isolated, sought solace in the forests around the Lumby or Cherryville areas—both regions known for their rural forestry roads and quiet landscapes.

His vehicle is one of the main clues in this search, as it could provide a vital link to his whereabouts. Trent is approximately 5’11” tall, and his family is concerned for his safety and well-being, especially since he has been dealing with severe depression. We all know how important it is to help each other in times of need, especially when it comes to missing persons. The search for Trent Dorais has become a community effort, but more eyes are needed. Trent’s family, particularly his father, Corey Dunn, has been tirelessly spreading the word about his disappearance and asking for anyone who might know where he is to step forward.

If you live in or around the Lumby and Cherryville areas of BC, please keep an eye out for the Ford Escape (PF348M) or any sign of Trent. If you’re out in the bush, on a forestry road, or even on a hiking trail, please be vigilant. There’s a chance Trent could be anywhere in the area, and your awareness could be the key to finding him. You may be the one person who comes across the vehicle or has an idea of where he might be.

If you do come across anything related to Trent or his vehicle, please contact the RCMP in Lumby or reach out to Corey Dunn directly. You can also message him on social media, where he has been actively updating the community on the search for Trent. The RCMP have already launched an investigation and are doing everything they can to locate Trent, but with your help, they may be able to narrow down the search.

If you have any information, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the RCMP. They have opened a police file under the case number NR25-1454. If you see Trent’s vehicle or have any knowledge of where he might be, contacting the police is vital to ensuring his safe return. It’s been seven days since Trent went missing, and his family is doing everything they can to find him. They are heartbroken and exhausted but remain hopeful that their beloved son, brother, and friend will be found safe.

This blog post is not just a plea for help—it’s a call to the collective compassion and kindness of our community. If you can, please share this message as far and wide as possible. Social media is a powerful tool, and by spreading awareness, you may help bring Trent back home. Please take a moment to share this post with your networks, so that together we can help his family bring him home. Sometimes, even the smallest bit of information can make a world of difference. Whether you live near Lumby or in a completely different part of the world, you could be the one to help solve this heartbreaking mystery.

The disappearance of Trent Dorais is a reminder of how much we rely on our communities to help us during difficult times. It’s a reminder of how much we can accomplish when we come together to support one another in times of crisis. We can make a difference, and we can help bring Trent back to the people who love him. We ask for your compassion, your vigilance, and your willingness to lend a hand during this time. Please share Trent’s story, keep your eyes open for any signs of him, and contact the authorities if you have any relevant information.
