In a sobering conclusion to a tragic case, a Howard County woman has pleaded guilty to one count of Reckless Endangerment after her dogs viciously attacked a 4-year-old girl in October 2024. According to a statement from the Howard County State’s Attorney’s Office, Jewel Jevin Brooks entered her guilty plea on May 7, 2025.
