Fayetteville, North Carolina – It is with heavy hearts and deep sadness that we share the passing of Donna Jordan, who left this world on Friday, June 13, 2025, after a brave and unyielding battle with cancer. Donna’s journey was marked by grace, courage, and an incredible capacity for love — qualities that never wavered, even in her most difficult days. Her strength in the face of adversity, her quiet resilience, and the warmth she radiated are what made Donna not only a cherished friend, daughter, sister, and mother, but also a light in the lives of everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.

Donna was a woman of remarkable character. She had the ability to make everyone around her feel special, seen, and loved, no matter the circumstances. Whether she was lending an ear to listen or offering support with her own gentle brand of strength, Donna always made those around her feel valued. Her life was defined by the relationships she nurtured, the love she gave so freely, and the generosity of spirit that left an indelible mark on all those she met.

Her laughter was unforgettable. It was the kind of laugh that could brighten any room, the kind that made you feel like everything would be okay. Donna’s sense of humor was her gift — it was light, genuine, and often infectious. She had a unique way of breaking tension, easing hearts, and bringing joy to even the darkest of moments. Her smile, always accompanied by a glint of mischief in her eyes, was a trademark of her character. Donna found beauty in the simplest things, whether it was a deep conversation with a loved one, a quiet day spent reading a good book, or an afternoon spent surrounded by family. Material possessions never defined her; instead, it was the love of her family, the bonds she shared with friends, and the memories she created with those closest to her that gave her life meaning.

Donna leaves behind her beloved son, Logan Tew, who was the center of her world and the pride of her life. Logan was not just her child; he was her greatest joy, the embodiment of her love, and the one she fought for every single day. Her love for Logan was fierce, unwavering, and unconditional — a true testament to her devotion as a mother. No one could ever doubt the depth of her love for her son. To her, Logan was everything, and she worked tirelessly to provide for him, nurture him, and guide him as he grew.

In addition to her son, Donna is survived by her devoted brothers, George and Donald, who stood beside her with love and admiration throughout her life and illness. They were constants in her life, providing her with a sense of comfort, security, and familial strength. Donna was preceded in death by her loving parents, Donald and Linda, and her dear sisters, Wanda and Lisa, with whom she now rests peacefully. Her family meant the world to her, and it is this very same family that now carries on her legacy, keeping her spirit alive in their hearts.

Donna’s passing has left an enormous void in the lives of her extended family, friends, and community. Her presence was a comforting one, and her ability to offer support and care without judgment was what made her so deeply loved. She had the ability to listen, to empathize, and to offer comfort without a single word — her kindness spoke volumes. Her wide circle of cousins, extended family, and dear friends will undoubtedly carry the memory of her warmth and generosity with them for the rest of their lives. She leaves a lasting impression, one that will be carried in the stories told about her, the moments shared, and the lives she touched.

True to her humble and private nature, Donna requested no funeral or memorial service. Her family, in honoring those wishes, has chosen instead to encourage those who loved her to remember her in their own way. Whether it be by sharing a cherished story, lighting a candle in her memory, or holding her memory close to the heart, Donna’s family believes that the most fitting tribute to her life is to live in a way that reflects her spirit: with compassion, courage, and love.

Donna’s life was a testament to the power of kindness, love, and resilience. Her legacy lives on in her son, Logan, who carries her love and strength in his heart every day. It is in the way she lived her life — with unwavering loyalty to those she loved, with grace in the face of adversity, and with an open heart ready to offer support to anyone in need — that her spirit will continue to shine. Donna taught those around her that life is about love, that strength is measured in how we uplift others, and that even in the darkest moments, there is always a glimmer of light.

Her community, friends, and family will continue to honor her legacy by living with the same love, kindness, and grace that she embodied throughout her life. Though Donna may no longer walk beside us, her spirit remains ever-present. It lives on in the hearts of those she touched, in the stories shared, and in the memories created. She will never be forgotten, and her light will continue to shine in the lives of those who were fortunate enough to know her.

In the days ahead, as Donna’s family and friends cope with their grief, they take solace in knowing that Donna’s love will always be with them. Her spirit will live on in their hearts, in the way they show kindness to others, in the way they support one another through hard times, and in the love they continue to share in her memory. Donna’s strength, kindness, and laughter will echo in the lives she touched and in the legacy she leaves behind.

May Donna rest in eternal peace. You were deeply loved, and your spirit will forever live on in all of us. Thank you for the gift of your love, your laughter, and your quiet strength. You will never be forgotten.
