Francisca Zepeda Victoria College Obituary and Death – Victoria College is mourning the heartbreaking loss of Francisca “Frankie” Zepeda, who passed away on Sunday after a courageous and inspiring battle with cancer. A dedicated and beloved member of the college community, Frankie served as the Executive Administrative Assistant for Instruction and Student Services. Her passing leaves a profound void in the hearts of faculty, staff, students, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Frankie was far more than an administrative professional—she was the embodiment of kindness, dedication, and grace. Known for her warm smile and gentle presence, she brought a spirit of compassion and calm to every corner of the college. In her role, she provided indispensable support to the Instruction and Student Services division, always working behind the scenes to ensure that everything ran smoothly. Whether she was coordinating meetings, assisting students, or managing complex projects, Frankie carried out her duties with unmatched professionalism and care.

What truly set Frankie apart, however, was her personal impact. She was the heart of the team—always ready with a listening ear, a thoughtful gesture, or a word of encouragement. Her colleagues often described her as the “glue” that held everything together. She remembered birthdays, asked about family members, and made everyone feel valued and seen. Frankie didn’t just work at Victoria College; she helped build its community through daily acts of empathy and connection.

Even during her illness, Frankie’s strength and resilience were evident. She continued to support others, lifting spirits with her presence and reminding those around her of the power of quiet courage. Her life was a testament to perseverance, humility, and service.

Outside of her professional life, Frankie was a loving daughter, sister, friend, and mentor. Her deep faith, unwavering love for her family, and joyful spirit defined her personal life as much as her career. She had a gift for finding joy in simple moments and shared that joy freely with others.

Frankie Zepeda’s legacy is one of quiet leadership and heartfelt service. Her contributions to Victoria College will endure in the lives she touched, the students she supported, and the friendships she nurtured. She leaves behind a lasting example of what it means to lead with heart and live with purpose.

As the Victoria College community grieves this tremendous loss, we also celebrate the incredible life she lived. Frankie Zepeda will be remembered always—with deep gratitude, profound respect, and enduring love.

Memorial service details will be shared in the coming days. In the meantime, we ask everyone to keep Frankie’s family in their thoughts and to honor her memory by embracing the same compassion and grace that she so effortlessly gave to others.

Victoria College has lost one of its brightest lights. May she rest in peace.
