Jane Evans, 84, passed away peacefully on June 29, 2025, in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, leaving behind a legacy of love, warmth, and family. She was born on August 10, 1940, in Milwaukee to James and Mildred Kubal and was the eldest of four daughters – Betty, Bonnie, and Jeanne.

    What Happened

Jane Evans, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away after a full and meaningful life. Whether she was at her home in Brookfield, WI, or later at her beloved home along the shores of Lac La Belle in Oconomowoc, she created a warm and welcoming space for her family and friends. Jane was a talented knitter, quilter, and seamstress, and her handmade gifts remain cherished keepsakes for her loved ones. She found joy in giving and made a meaningful impact on everyone she met.
