Neal leaves behind his wife, Kimberly Boggs, two sons, Zachary Neal Boggs (Jennifer) and Austin Boggs, daughter Lindsey Mansur (Joel), his sister Rita Goodson (Dewey), brothers Kenneth Boggs (Charlene) and Roy Boggs (Rhonda), along with three beloved grandchildren, Raina, Evan, and Rylee, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

Paul Sluss will officiate the service. Neal will be laid to rest at the Curt Napier Cemetery in Lotts Creek, Kentucky.
