    It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Scott T. Pagliughi, 68, of South Glastonbury, Connecticut, beloved husband of 43 years to Deborah (Charbonneau) Pagliughi. Scott passed away on August 6, 2025. Born on January 16, 1957, to Lorraine S. Pagliughi and the late Anthony Pagliughi Sr., Scott was a lifelong resident of Glastonbury.

    Scott Pagliughi, a dedicated businessman, family man, and community member, passed away after a life filled with hard work, passion, and generosity. Known for his dedication to the diesel truck and equipment industry, Scott left an enduring legacy through his successful business, Tri-State Diesel, Inc., which he founded and operated for 38 years. He retired in 2016, leaving behind a legacy of leadership, innovation, and deep connections with those he worked with.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to That Newfoundland Place, Inc. or the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, causes that were dear to Scott’s heart.
