    Born on September 16, 1966, in Valdosta, Georgia, Bill was known for his friendly demeanor and passion for the outdoors. He was a devoted husband to Missi Alley, a loving father to Jarrod Alley, Mitchell (Maddie) Gibbs, and Amanda Gibbs, and a cherished grandfather to Reagan Alley, Ashlee Bullard, J.T. Bullard, Colton Hooper, Carson Hooper, Levi Humber, Alana Bristol, Lincoln Gibbs, and McKenleigh Gibbs. Bill’s nickname “Alleycat” reflected his energetic, adventurous personality.

    Bill dedicated his career to the heavy equipment industry as a self-employed professional, combining hard work with a love of creation and shaping the land. Beyond work, he enjoyed farming, fishing, scuba diving, and boating, particularly at Mexico Beach.
