It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of Sheila Treanor — a cherished member of our community, a devoted supporter of our club, and a kind, gentle soul whose presence will be profoundly missed.
A Lifelong Supporter of the Club
Sheila’s journey with our club began many years ago alongside her son, James. From the very start, she was a constant and uplifting presence — offering a warm smile, a kind word, and tireless support behind the scenes.
In later years, Sheila was joined in the sorting arena by her husband, John, and together they became an inspiring and much-loved duo in our team sorting community. As John has shared, Team Sorting was their shared joy — a passion that brought them lasting friendships, special memories, and countless moments of happiness.
A Life of Quiet Strength and Dedication
Sheila’s recent illness came as a shock to many, and while her passing was peaceful, it leaves a space that can never truly be filled. Her quiet dedication, unwavering kindness, and warm spirit touched the lives of so many, and her absence will be felt at every event, every gathering, and every quiet moment in the arena where she once stood so proudly.
A Lasting Legacy
To John, Shannon, James, and the entire Treanor family, we extend our deepest condolences. Please know that our hearts are with you during this difficult time. Sheila’s memory will live on through the friendships she nurtured, the community she supported, and the joy she brought to everyone she met.
Ride high and rest in peace, lovely lady. You gave us so much, and your spirit will always ride alongside us.
