It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Debra VandenBoom, a beloved resident of Havre, Montana. Debra peacefully passed away in her sleep at home on Saturday, September 6th, leaving an irreplaceable void in the hearts of her family, friends, and the entire community. Her loss is deeply felt by all who knew her, and her memory will live on through the countless lives she touched.

    A Life of Unwavering Dedication

Debra was a woman of extraordinary character, whose dedication to her family was the cornerstone of her life. As a mother, she always put the needs of her children first, offering love, care, and guidance through every stage of their lives. Her nurturing nature extended far beyond her immediate family, as she was a source of strength, support, and kindness to everyone fortunate enough to know her.

A true testament to her resilience and selflessness, Debra took on the responsibility of raising her grandchild following a tragic family event. Her unwavering love and sacrifices during this time further solidified her as a beacon of compassion and devotion. She gave freely of herself, often putting the needs of others above her own, and demonstrated the true meaning of unconditional love.

    A Warm and Caring Presence

Debra’s presence in the Havre community was a bright light of positivity. Known for her infectious smile and generosity, she always had a kind word to share and was ready to lend a helping hand. Her kindness knew no bounds, and she had a unique ability to make others feel valued and loved. Debra’s impact on the lives of those around her was immeasurable, and she will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Her warmth, spirit, and the love she gave to her family and community will live on in the hearts of all who were touched by her. Debra leaves behind a legacy of kindness, resilience, and strength that will continue to inspire all who knew her.

    Honoring Debra’s Memory

In the wake of her passing, the family is seeking support to help cover the expenses for funeral services and related costs. Contributions will ensure that Debra receives a dignified farewell that reflects the love and respect she earned throughout her life. Those wishing to honor her memory are encouraged to come together to celebrate her life and legacy.

A memorial gathering will be held in 2026 around Debra’s birthday, offering friends and loved ones the opportunity to share stories, remember her remarkable life, and celebrate the incredible woman she was. Details about the event will be shared closer to the date.

    A Lasting Legacy

Debra VandenBoom’s spirit will live on forever in the hearts of those who knew her. Her selfless devotion to her family, her generosity, and her unwavering kindness will continue to inspire those who had the privilege of crossing paths with her. While her physical presence is no longer with us, her legacy of love, resilience, and strength will guide us in the days to come.

Debra will be deeply missed, but she will never be forgotten. Her memory will continue to be a source of inspiration and comfort for all who had the honor of knowing her. Rest in peace, Debra. Your love and light will forever remain with us.
