It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Rev. Tom P. Duhé, beloved priest and former pastor of both St. Alphonsus Liguori Catholic Church and St. Thomas More Parish. His death marks a profound loss for the parishes he served, the Diocese, and all who were touched by his faithful ministry.

Fr. Tom passed away [insert date], leaving behind a legacy defined by unwavering faith, humble service, and pastoral devotion. Throughout his years of priestly ministry, he was a guiding light to countless individuals and families, leading them closer to Christ through the sacraments, spiritual counsel, and his deep love for the Church.

A Shepherd of Compassion and Service

At St. Alphonsus Liguori, Fr. Tom served as a compassionate shepherd, nurturing a parish community rooted in prayer, outreach, and unity. His time at St. Thomas More Parish was marked by the same spirit of love and service, where he continued to build up the Body of Christ with a heart full of compassion and a deep sense of mission.

Fr. Tom’s homilies were known for their wisdom and sincerity, offering not only theological insight but heartfelt encouragement to live out the Gospel with authenticity. His kindness, humility, and gentle leadership left a lasting impression on all who knew him.

A Legacy of Faith and Love

Fr. Tom’s passing leaves a deep void in the hearts of all who were blessed to witness his ministry. His spiritual legacy will endure for generations. Through his example, Fr. Tom bore witness to the hope, joy, and peace that come from a life centered in Christ. His ministry was not only a vocation but a profound gift to the Church.

    In Memory and Prayer

We invite all members of our parish communities and the broader faith family to keep Fr. Tom in your prayers. Let us honor his memory by continuing to live the values he so beautifully exemplified—faith, service, humility, and love.

Funeral arrangements and memorial details will be posted on the Diocesan website as they become available.

“Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace. Amen.”

Fr. Tom P. Duhé will be dearly missed, lovingly remembered, and eternally cherished.
