A memorial mass will take place on September 18, 2025, at 12 PM at 1395 Girard Dr., Louisville, KY.

    In honor of Blake’s memory, the family has requested that attendees wear red, symbolizing love and remembrance.

    In lieu of flowers, Blake’s family kindly asks for donations to be made to organizations supporting individuals with Autism, genetic research, and to the local schools Blake attended, including Blake’s School and Phoenix School of Discovery (JCPS). These donations will serve as a meaningful tribute to Blake’s legacy and passion.
