    Brianna Atkins Lee, a dedicated and compassionate cardiothoracic physician assistant at Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina, was critically injured in a severe car accident on Wednesday. The accident, which involved a head-on collision, led to Brianna being airlifted to the hospital, where she was placed in an induced coma to manage her injuries.

    A Life of Dedication to Healthcare

    Brianna has long been admired for her exceptional skills and unwavering dedication to her patients. Known for her work in cardiothoracic care, she became an integral part of the Novant Health team. Her expertise, combined with her warm bedside manner, made a lasting impact on both her colleagues and the many patients she cared for throughout her career.     Originally from Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Brianna’s path to becoming a physician assistant was rooted in a strong educational foundation.
