    John P. Gingerich passed away on October 21, 2025, in Liberty, Kentucky, at the age of 20. Born on May 17, 2005, in Guernsey County, Ohio, John is remembered for the love and joy he brought to his family, including his brothers, sisters, and his parents, Peter M. and Ella Hershberger Gingerich.

    What Happened

    John’s passing has left a deep sense of loss in his family, friends, and all who knew him. He was known for his joyful spirit and the love he shared with those closest to him. John’s presence will be deeply missed, but his memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing him.

    Family and Survivors

    John is survived by his parents, Peter and Ella Hershberger Gingerich, and his siblings, all of whom will carry his memory with them as they navigate this time of sorrow. His family finds comfort in knowing how loved John was by all who knew him.

    Funeral and Burial

    A funeral service will be held at the Gingerich family home in Dunnville, followed by a burial at Buckeye Ridge Cemetery.
