Long Beach, California – October 26, 2025 – Authorities and loved ones are urgently searching for 16-year-old Traceton Turner, who has been missing since September 28, 2025. He was last seen near Orizaba Park in Long Beach, and his family is pleading with the public for help in locating him and bringing him home safely.

    What Happened

According to reports, Traceton Turner, a Long Beach teen, was last seen on the evening of Sunday, September 28, 2025, possibly near Orizaba Park, a popular community area near Anaheim Street. Since that day, there have been no confirmed sightings of him, and his cell phone and social media activity have gone silent.

His family immediately reported him missing to the Long Beach Police Department (LBPD), and investigators have been following leads in the surrounding neighborhoods. As days have turned into weeks, hope and concern have grown in equal measure.

Authorities urge anyone who may have seen Traceton or has information about his whereabouts to call Long Beach PD at 1-562-435-6711 or dial 911 immediately.

    Who Is Traceton Turner

Traceton Turner is a 16-year-old Black male described as caring, friendly, and family-oriented. His loved ones say he enjoys spending time with friends, playing basketball, and helping his younger siblings with homework.

Family members describe him as responsible and respectful, making his disappearance all the more alarming. His mother shared that Traceton never goes long without checking in, and the silence since his disappearance has been “every parent’s worst nightmare.”

    Community Response and Search Efforts

The Long Beach community has rallied around Traceton’s family, organizing local search efforts and sharing his photo across social media with the hashtag #FindTracetonTurner. Volunteers have distributed missing person flyers throughout Orizaba Park, Belmont Heights, and Eastside Long Beach in hopes that someone will recognize him.

Community leaders and local organizations have also joined in spreading awareness, urging residents to check surveillance cameras, review Ring doorbell footage, and report any tips that might help investigators track his last movements.

    Family’s Plea for Help

Traceton’s family remains hopeful that public attention will bring new leads.

“We just want our son home. Please, if anyone knows anything — no matter how small — say something,” his mother said through tears.

They continue to ask the public to share his story widely, emphasizing that every share could help bring Traceton home safely.

    How to Help

If you have any information regarding the disappearance of Traceton Turner, please contact:
