Moses Lake, WA – October 24, 2025 – It has been six months since 17-year-old Citlali Franco disappeared without a trace from Moses Lake, Washington, and her family’s anguish continues to grow. Despite searches, community outreach, and national alerts, there have been no confirmed sightings or leads in her case.

    What Happened

Citlali Franco was last seen on April 24, 2025, in Moses Lake, a tight-knit community in central Washington. Few details about the circumstances of her disappearance have been released publicly, but authorities say she was last spotted near her neighborhood and hasn’t been heard from since.

Her loved ones immediately reported her missing to the Moses Lake Police Department, and her case was entered into the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) database.

Officials say there has been no activity on her social media or phone records since that day—something her family says is completely out of character for the cheerful, outgoing teen.

    Who Is Citlali Franco?

Citlali, affectionately known as “Lali” to her friends, is described as a kind, bright, and fun-loving 17-year-old who enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Her loved ones describe her as responsible and caring, noting that she would never leave without telling someone where she was going.

Her disappearance has shaken the community of Moses Lake, where posters bearing her photo remain taped to store windows and community boards months later.

At the time she went missing, Citlali was 17 years old. She is described as Hispanic, 5’4″ tall, weighing around 125 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

    The Search for Citlali

Over the past six months, police and volunteers have conducted ground searches, distributed flyers, and canvassed neighborhoods, but so far, there has been no confirmed trace of the missing teen.

The Moses Lake Police Department continues to treat her case as an active missing person investigation, working in coordination with NCMEC and Washington state authorities.

Detectives have urged anyone who may have seen or spoken to Citlali in the days leading up to her disappearance to come forward, even if the information seems minor.

    Family and Community Response

Citlali’s family has been vocal on social media, pleading for the public’s help and keeping her story alive through awareness campaigns. Posts under hashtags like #FindCitlaliFranco and #BringCitlaliHome have been shared hundreds of times across Facebook, TikTok, and X (formerly Twitter).

“It’s been six months and we still have no answers,” a family member wrote in a recent post. “Please don’t stop looking. Someone knows something.”

Local organizations have also joined the effort, hosting awareness walks and vigils to keep Citlali’s name in the public eye.

    How to Help

Authorities continue to urge anyone with information—no matter how small—to come forward.

Moses Lake Police Department: (509) 764-3887
National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC): 1-800-THE-LOST (1-800-843-5678)

Six months without answers is too long. Citlali Franco’s family believes someone knows what happened — and they’re begging for that person to speak up.

Let’s share her story, keep her name alive, and help bring Citlali home.
