RICHMOND, VA — The community of Richmond is grieving the tragic death of 21-year-old Alexander Norton from North Chesterfield, who died in a motorcycle accident on the afternoon of Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at the intersection of South Belvidere Street and Spring Street.
