    Omaha, NE – The Omaha Police Department (OPD) has apprehended two young men, 18-year-olds Rayquan Bass and Yourhansay Gonzales-Washington, in connection with the fatal shooting of 17-year-old Sevyn Bellar-White, a senior at Millard North High School. The shooting occurred late on Halloween night, October 31, 2025, and resulted in Bellar-White’s tragic death.
