Family and friends are invited to pay their respects and celebrate Gail’s life at a visitation at Richards Funeral Home, located on Rte. 17c West, Owego, NY, on Monday, December 15, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon. A Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 Noon, with Pastor Russ Lockwood officiating. Interment will follow at Tioga Cemetery, Owego.
