The guy who was shot and killed inside a vehicle in the vicinity of downtown has been identified by the Bexar County Medical Examiner. The incident occurred in the region of downtown. The records of the ME’s office indicate that Marquise Dashun Evans, who was twenty years old at the time of his death, passed away as a result of numerous gunshot wounds.
An investigation into his death is being conducted as a homicide. During their investigation, the San Antonio Police Department found Evans inside of a vehicle that was parked on the 800 block of East Grayson Street.
In light of the fact that investigators discovered a wide range of shot casings at the scene, the authorities have indicated that they have arrived at the conclusion that there were a great number of individuals who were responsible for the shooting.
The San Antonio Police Department has said that they are initiating an investigation into the incident that occurred when a man was shot and killed inside of a car close to the downtown area of the city. After receiving reports of a shooting that took place on Monday evening shortly after 8:30 p.m., law enforcement officers responded to the 800 block of East Grayson Street to investigate the allegation.
During the incident that took place in a parking lot, the man, who has not been identified, was reportedly shot many times as he was inside a silver car.
The police have stated that the victim has not been positively identified. Following the discovery of a large number of different types of shot casings at the scene, the officers have come to the conclusion that there are multiple individuals responsible for the shooting. East Grayson Street was one of the roads that was closed for a couple of hours on Monday evening. Other roads in the nearby vicinity were also closed.
