A pedestrian named Terry Milbourne, 37 years old, from Newark, Delaware, was identified as the person who passed away on Monday as a result of injuries sustained in a hit-and-run accident that occurred in Ogletown on Friday night.
On Friday evening, Milbourne was strolling across the eastbound lanes of East Chestnut Hill Road when he was struck by an unknown car who was travelling in the opposite direction by East Chestnut Hill Road. In their most recent press statement, the police did not specify whether or not they had recognized the driver of the vehicle or whether or not the car had stopped. At the time of his death on Monday, Milbourne was rushed to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
