Brenna Pelerin Grosse Pointe MI Obituary, Death: Beloved wife and mother died by suicide – It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Brenna Doyle Pelerin (nee Mansfield), who left this world on October 17, 2024, at the age of 42. Brenna was a beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend who will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Brenna was the cherished wife of Ryan Pelerin and a devoted, loving mother to her three children: Michael, Vivienne, and Wallace. She was a dedicated and nurturing presence in their lives, and her legacy of love will live on through them. Brenna was also the treasured daughter of Patrick and Carol Mansfield and the dearest sister to Jenny Kowal, Patrick Mansfield, and Bryan Mansfield. Her in-laws, Joseph and Linda Pelerin, loved her dearly as a daughter-in-law, and she held a special place in the hearts of many extended family members and friends.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during visitation on Tuesday, October 22nd, from 2:00 to 8:00 pm at Chas. Verheyden, Inc., located at 16300 Grosse Pointe Park. A rosary service will take place at 7:00 pm. The funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, October 23rd, at St. Clare of Montefalco Catholic Church, 1401 Whittier, Grosse Pointe Park. Instate will begin at 10:30 am, followed by a funeral mass at 11:00 am.
In honor of Brenna’s compassionate spirit, her family will establish the Brenna Pelerin Foundation. This foundation will carry on her legacy of love and support for others. Contributions can be made payable to the Brenna Pelerin Foundation, ensuring that Brenna’s warmth and kindness will continue to touch lives.
