Heriberto Quezada Death; Tuesday was the day that the identity of a pedestrian who had been slain in the rural Willowbrook area of Los Angeles County was revealed. The man, who was named as Heriberto Quezada, 38, by the office of the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner, was declared dead at the site, according to the department’s report.
It was near the intersection of Central Avenue and 123rd Street that the collision was reported to the California Highway Patrol at 9:03 p.m. on Sunday.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the investigation into the incident required the closure of all lanes of Central at 123rd Street.
