Local residents have expressed deep sorrow over the tragedy, which serves as a stark reminder of the risks present on rural roadways.
The intersection at SC-6 and Martin Neese Road, where the collision occurred, is known for its heavy traffic and limited visibility, which can make navigating it challenging.
