Elizabeth Michelle Elder Obituary, Death; – The Buffalo County Sheriff’s Office is conducting an investigation into a single-vehicle accident that led to the fatality of an adult female driver. The incident was reported at approximately 5:52 a.m. on Friday, November 29, 2024.
Preliminary findings indicate that a 2005 Nissan Sentra was traveling eastbound on 340th Road near Hawk Road, situated north of Pleasanton. The vehicle veered off the road and collided with a utility pole. The driver, identified as Elizabeth Michelle Elder, 30, from Ravenna, Nebraska, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Deputies received assistance from the Kearney/Buffalo County Fatality Accident Investigation Team (FAIT), the Pleasanton Volunteer Fire Department, CHI Good Samaritan Hospital Paramedics, Air Care, the Buffalo County Highway Department, and the Buffalo County Attorney’s Office.
