It is with deep sorrow and profound sadness that we announce the tragic passing of Alex Graff, a beloved resident of Eau Claire, Wisconsin, who was taken from us on December 14, 2024, at the age of 32. Alex’s life was cut short following a violent incident, and his sudden death has left an indelible mark on his family, friends, and the community.
Alex was born on May 4, 1992, in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, to his loving parents, Linda and James Graff. From a young age, Alex displayed a warmth and kindness that endeared him to everyone he met. Growing up in Eau Claire, he attended local schools, where he was known for his generosity, sense of humor, and deep care for others. Alex formed lasting friendships throughout his life, always the one to lend a helping hand or offer a listening ear. His positive energy and infectious laughter left a lasting impression on all who knew him.
After graduating from high school, Alex pursued a variety of jobs and was known for his strong work ethic and reliability. He was often described as a dedicated employee who gave his best in everything he did, whether it was in customer service or helping others in the community. Alex had a natural ability to make those around him feel welcome and appreciated, and his kindness left a lasting impact on the people he interacted with.
Outside of his work, Alex enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, often organizing get-togethers and looking for ways to bring joy to others. A public memorial service will be held on December 19, 2024, at the Eau Claire Community Center, where friends, family, and members of the community will come together to remember and honor Alex’s life. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a local youth organization in Alex’s memory, reflecting his love for helping others and his passion for giving back to the community.
