A private funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, January 24, 2021, at Woodard Funeral Home Chapel, located at 129 East Front Street, Lillington, North Carolina.
Visitation will begin at 1:00 PM, with friends and family invited to come and pay their respects before the service. Interment will follow in Lakeview Memorial Park. As per his wishes, the service will be intimate and family-focused, providing an opportunity for loved ones to gather and celebrate Shannon’s life.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Lillington Food Pantry, an organization Shannon supported throughout his life, or to the Harnett County Cancer Foundation, which provides assistance to local families affected by cancer.
