Emanuela N. Fuchs succumbed to her injuries at a local hospital following the single-vehicle accident, which occurred around noon on January 20 in the 100 block of Grand Central Parkway, as reported by Berkeley police.
The 37-year-old man from Beachwood who was operating the vehicle has been issued citations for reckless and careless driving. Additionally, it has been noted that his vehicle was uninsured, according to records from the municipal court. The investigation into the crash is ongoing, and further charges may be forthcoming.
