Who Was Nickalas “Nick” Senecal?
Born on April 9, 1991, Nick graduated from Derby High School in 2009. He was a loving father, son, brother, uncle, nephew, and friend, admired for his generosity and his willingness to lend a hand whenever it was needed. His work as a master mechanic earned him a reputation for precision, dedication, and an unrelenting passion for the craft. Nick was deeply embedded in Wichita’s automotive and motorcycle scenes, where his contributions were appreciated by all who worked with him.
Nick was preceded in death by his son, Preston Senecal; his sister, Elizabeth Caple; and his grandparents Wilfred and Rose Senecal and Nolan and Patricia (Gray) Basta. He is survived by his father and stepmother, Peter Senecal and Monique Sturgeon; his mother, Stacey Elizabeth Senecal; his siblings Jennifer (Brett) Schrag, Nicholas (Cassidy) Ice, and Cassandra (Trent) Smith; his children Dominic Moore and Nevaeh Senecal; his nephew Maverek Walker; his niece Dinah Schrag; numerous cousins, other relatives, and friends; and his companion, Dozer the dog.
