Jeffrey, also known by her middle name Lynn, was last seen walking home from school with her boyfriend on Silver Street in Hot Springs, just a few blocks from her home. She never arrived at home and has not been heard from since.
At the time of her disappearance, Jeffrey was wearing pink pants, a brown jacket, and brown/tan shoes. She also had a gold ring with an opal stone, a birthday gift that her sister stated she cherished and never took off. The boyfriend, who was later found to have an abusive relationship with Jeffrey, pawned the ring after her disappearance. He was never charged in her case but was imprisoned later for assaulting another girlfriend.
