With heartfelt sorrow, the Saskatoon community mourns the unexpected passing of Chris Mozell, a devoted husband, loving father, successful entrepreneur, and deeply cherished friend. Chris passed away suddenly, leaving behind not only a grieving family but a community that admired and respected him deeply.

Chris was best known as the passionate and visionary owner of Select Roses, a business he built with care, creativity, and a deep commitment to excellence. Through his dedication, Chris transformed Select Roses into more than just a floral business—it became a trusted part of life’s most meaningful moments for many across Saskatoon. From weddings and celebrations to memorials and everyday beauty, Chris’s artistry and attention to detail brought joy and comfort to countless lives.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Chris was a man of integrity, warmth, and quiet generosity. As a devoted husband and father, his greatest pride and joy were his family. He led with love, supported without hesitation, and instilled values of kindness, hard work, and compassion. To his loved ones, he was a constant source of strength, laughter, and unwavering support.

Friends and colleagues remember Chris for his genuine nature, entrepreneurial spirit, and willingness to help others succeed. He was known for offering encouragement to fellow small business owners and giving back to his community through acts of kindness that often went unnoticed—but never unappreciated.

Chris’s sudden departure is a heartbreaking loss to everyone who knew him, but his legacy will continue to live on—in the beauty he created, the relationships he nurtured, and the life he led with passion and purpose.

We extend our deepest condolences to his wife, children, extended family, friends, and all who were touched by his remarkable presence. May you find comfort in the love that surrounds you and the enduring impact Chris made in his time here.

As we reflect on his life, let us celebrate Chris Mozell not only for what he accomplished but for who he was: a man who gave fully, lived meaningfully, and left this world better than he found it.

May he rest in eternal peace, and may his memory forever bloom.
