Creech, believed to have been homeless, was found covered with leaves and a blanket. Store surveillance footage showed Eutsay gathering leaves and covering the victim’s body in the hours before the body was discovered.
Eutsay, 43, was arrested after a murder warrant was issued for him. He is accused of killing Creech, a fellow homeless man. Eutsay had been released from prison just three weeks ago after serving six years of a 10-year sentence for stabbing another man.
