    Weitchpec, Humboldt County, California — Authorities and tribal communities are asking for help in locating 32-year-old Emmilee Renea Risling, who went missing on October 14, 2021, in the Weitchpec and Pecwan areas. A $20,000 reward is being offered for information leading to her safe return.

    Emmilee Renea Risling was last seen in the Weitchpec and Pecwan areas of Humboldt County on October 14, 2021. She was reported missing a few days later. Despite multiple coordinated searches by the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office and the Yurok, Hoopa Valley, and Karuk Tribes, she has not been found.

    Who Is Emmilee Renea Risling?

    Emmilee, 32 at the time of her disappearance, is a Native American woman affiliated with the Yurok and Hoopa Valley Tribes. She is 5’3” tall, weighs approximately 140 lbs, and has brown hair and brown eyes. She is a tribal dancer, a University of Oregon 2014 graduate, and a mother of two children. Emmilee has previously struggled with addiction and mental health issues.
